Questions & answers

This is an AI assistant, with answers grounded in approved public sources. It may make mistakes. Questions, answers and optional feedback are private and retained for up to 30 days. Authorized reviewers can generalize useful questions, remove personal information, and separately approve reuse and public FAQ publication. Positive feedback alone never publishes an answer.

A random browser ID estimates how many visitors ask about each topic. Repeated questions from the same browser count as one visitor per topic. Clearing browser storage or using another device can count you again; shared browsers can count several people together. Anonymous topic counts are retained for popularity reporting. Select “Delete my conversation” in the assistant to delete your raw records, unreviewed proposals and associated topic counts. Already reviewed, generalized FAQ content may remain.

Text questions and the relevant approved source excerpts may be processed by OpenAI when AI is enabled. API data is not used to train models by default; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Voice input is optional: recording starts only after you choose it, stops after 45 seconds, and is sent to OpenAI for transcription. This website does not store the recording. Review the transcript before sending. “Read answer aloud” uses your browser or device’s speech service and can be stopped by closing the assistant. Typing always remains available.

Leaving contact details opens our existing interest form. Your question reaches the ministry’s private inquiry workflow only after you submit that form successfully. Please do not include sensitive information in assistant questions.
